Incoterms 2000 | Delivery conditions in maritime transport:

EXW (EX WORKS)

● The seller must make the goods available to the Buyerin the agreed place (factory), customs cleared and not loaded on any means of transport.
● Minimum obligations for seller.
● The transport contract and the insurance are the responsibility of the Buyer.

FCA (FREE CARRIER)

● The seller must make the goods available to the Buyer at the agreed place.
● The seller loads the goods on the means of transport if the loading is done at the factory, otherwise (delivery to the terminal) the unloading of the goods is the responsibility of the Buyer.
● The transport contract is responsibility of the Buyer.

FAS (FREE ALONGSIDE SHIP)

● The seller must take the goods available to the Buyer in the agreed place, cleared, on the quay near the ship or in barges near the ship.
● The transport to the agreed place is the responsibility of the Seller.
● The contract of carriage (maritime) is the responsibility of the Buyer.

FOB (FREE ON BOARD)

● The seller must make the goods available to the Buyer in the agreed place, cleared, on the quay near the ship or in barges near the ship.
● The transport to the agreed place is the responsibility of the Seller.
● The contract of carriage (maritime) is the responsibility of the Buyer.

CPT (CARRIAGE PAID TO)

● The seller must make the goods available to the Buyer at the destination in the agreed place.
● The transport and all the expenses related to the destination are in the Seller's account.
